Te Houtaewa Surf Challenge is one aspect of Te Ara Wairua Cultural
Festival. This is an invitation to W6 Outrigger Enthusiasts to take part in an Outrigger surf challenge that the
Tai Tokerau Polynesian Canoe Association will be organizing in partnership with
Tall Tale Tours Kaitaia.
